How should I share my Amazon printing information or QR codes with Tern?

We need complete information to ensure your returns happen smoothly. Sharing complete printing labels or QR codes gives us:

- An accurate description.
- A specific drop-off point location.
- An added invoice to be printed and placed inside your package.
- Additional warning labels to be printed and placed outside your package.

These are the best ways to share your Amazon labels or QR codes so we get all we need:

 

I have an Amazon return label with instructions that need printing

Access your return instructions:

From the Amazon return email confirmation, click on the Print Return Label and Instructions button, or

From your Amazon account in the app or web:
Access Orders > Your return > View return label & instructions.

On the top of the return instructions page, click on Email Copy of Label.

Select Send to friend, enter pickup@ternit.com, and Send! That’s it!

 

I have an Amazon QR code

Access your return instructions:

From the Amazon return email confirmation, click on the View Instructions button, or

From your Amazon account in the app or web:
Access Orders > Your return > View instructions.

On your return instructions page, scroll down to the QR code and click on the Download Return Code.

Take a screenshot of the Return Summary Card. Zoom and pan as needed so the QR Code and description appear in the screenshot.

If you didn’t see a Download Return Code button, just take multiple screenshots to include the QR code, drop-off point, and description on the instruction page.
